List shipping options
GEThttps://{store}/api/v1/cart/shipping-options
Shipping methods available for the cart’s shipping address, with their price for this cart.
paid_by tells who pays: store — the store pays and price is always 0; customer — the buyer pays price, or the carrier’s rates on delivery when price is 0.
Cart token from
POST /carts: X-Cart-Token: {token}.
