Questions
Before you start
Who owns the store data?
You do. Export products, customers, orders and content to CSV or Excel at any time, and send daily backups to your own storage. The platform — code, hosting and infrastructure — stays ours: the store runs on Storeforma rather than being downloaded as a separate app. Your own servers are an Enterprise option.
How far can I customize it?
Design and pages change in the theme, new logic comes through extensions and the API, and Enterprise gives full control on your own hosting.
Can I host Storeforma myself?
Yes, on the Enterprise plan. Deployment, updates and support terms are set in the contract.
Do you take a commission on sales?
No. You pay the plan subscription. Apps running on our infrastructure will be billed by actual usage beyond a large free allowance.
